最终在锡安见到了尼欧，所以他认为是 尼欧把他从母体里救了出来。

因为假如小伙没有觉醒意识，没有“怀疑自己在梦里。”那样的话，即使自杀，肉体也会在营养液里死亡了。
动画版里还有两个人觉醒比较有意思。
一个是短跑运动员，在比赛中，因为全力冲刺，导致精神觉醒，进而怀疑自己是在被受控制，可惜引来特工，貌似干掉了。
还有一个是小孩，雪天玩耍，父母喊他回家的时候，恍惚中觉醒了，这时看到喊他的父母变成了特工。
又想起来一私家侦探，为了追查崔尼帝渐渐觉醒。
里面的人一旦觉醒，信号会通过母体传到特工那里，特工会及时出现将这些觉醒的人删除掉。
呵呵，看过动画版后，对黑客的疑问至少要删除三分之二。

2.老头的对话简单来说就是，他做过几版虚拟现实世界了，每一代总会有一个bug，这个bug会觉醒并带领人类威胁机器世界。而neo就是这个bug（neo虽然是肉身，但是他的大脑思维等于是母体给他烧录的），而这一代的bug neo尤其强大，而且还恋爱了，老头给他两个选择，要不就是让崔尼蒂死掉，neo重新回去帮助人类与机器战斗，要不就是neo交出自己，换取崔尼蒂的生命，而机器将毁灭掉所有人类（因为neo很强，机器没自信打过他们，用崔尼蒂要挟他）。neo拒绝了选择，既回去救了崔尼蒂，也继续同及其战斗。
3.key maker是母体自我组建过程中，反叛出来的一个后门程序，他除了开启后门以外没有别的功能，对母体有什么弱点也并不了解。

我觉得因为他自己就是尼奥，他就是尼奥的反面。
史密斯的复制就像是在电脑里把别的程序全部改编成和自己一样的程序。
然而史密斯就是尼奥，而且是不完全的尼奥。
史密斯想把尼奥的程序改编成自己，但是自己的程序其实是包含于尼奥之中的简单的以集合的形式来说就是史密斯属于尼奥，因此他无法复制尼奥，即使他复制了再多的程序也小于尼奥，因为尼奥是凌驾于母体之上的，尼奥要大于整个母体。史密斯不论如何复制也不能超出母体的范围。所以后来先知让史密斯先复制自己，先知是属于母体之外可以凌驾于所有程序之上的，这样史密斯的内容和权限就可以大于尼奥而去改写尼奥的程序了。

关于Matrix

特工史密斯
电影中的特工史密斯实际上就是矩阵这个程序世界中的杀毒程序，他们在矩阵中是没有身体的，由于他们是杀毒程序，所以他们被矩阵赋予了超越常人的能力。在矩阵中他们具有改写人类角色程序的能力，所以可以不断借用他人身体。

尼奥最后可以战胜特工，实际上是因为他复活后具有了识别矩阵代码的能力，并可以轻松改写这些代码，所以特工就不能再利用超能力战胜他了。

特工史密斯被尼奥消灭后，因为在他被尼奥消灭前明明是他先杀死了尼奥，所以这就导致了一个逻辑错误。因为这种程序上的逻辑运算错误，导致了特工史密斯不但拒绝被系统删除，而且由杀毒程序变成了病毒，最后危害到了整个矩阵世界。
因为这个逻辑错误是由尼奥导致的，所以特工史密斯就变成了和尼奥相对的负极。最后尼奥选择了让史密斯感染自己，在复制过程中矩阵掌握了史密斯的代码，最后才得以将他们两个同时删除，使矩阵回到了平衡。
